Shipping Policy
  • This process will take at least 24-48 hrs. to allow for creation and process time, excluding all holidays. Orders will then be promptly shipped via USPS Priority Mail, please allow 3-5 business days. 

  • If you need express shipping, please text us at (517) 583-3473 with your order details including order number. Additional shipping fees will be customers responsibility.

  • Please be sure to double check your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are limited in our ability to make changes once an order has been placed and deliveries to the wrong address will be the customers responsibility.

  • For orders using a shipping promotion or discount, the least expensive shipping option will be utilized regardless of what you select during checkout.

  • In the event your candle(s) are damaged during shipping, you may be eligible to exchange your product within 5 business days of the date your order was delivered. Shefire Luxury Candles has no responsibility of damaged items during the shipping process. However, we strive to offer exceptional customer service, therefore, we may ask you to send photo evidence of the damaged items. the photos will be used to file a claim with the post office. No Refund/Returns

We regret to inform you that all orders are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns, as most of our products are handmade and delicate. Due to safety concerns and the risk of contamination, we cannot resell any used candles, room sprays, or candle melts.

 

Disclaimer

All of our candles, room sprays, and wax melts are handmade. Therefore, you may notice imperfections such as off centered labels, uneven wicks, slightly different candle levels, etc. However, none of this impacts the quality and love that went into making your candle. We ask that you please be patient with us as we continue to grow and perfect our small business.
